  • As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist I have an in depth understanding of the different systems of the human body and how we can develop these through exercise interventions in order to improve health outcomes. As a Strength & Conditioning Coach I have a comprehensive understanding of how to design training programs to improve athletic performance and human movement capacities. When we combine these two disciplines together, we develop happy and healthy human beings that move well and live life pain free.

As a practitioner, I look at health and performance, not as mutually exclusive pursuits, but complimentary in nature. By conceptualising the systems of the body as interrelated, and not independent of each other, we are able to improve health holistically. Whether you are someone looking to improve physical performance, mental health, metabolic function, cardiorespiratory capacity, rehabilitate an injury or improve health and wellness, we have you covered.

  • For as long as I can remember I have had a passion for sport. Whether that is participating, coaching or simply as spectator, I knew the health industry was for me from a young age. This led me to study a Bachelor of Exercise Science at Griffith University. After a short stint coaching and living overseas, I realised that my passion was more specifically focussed on rehabilitation, injury prevention and pain relief. Once I came home, I completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage at Q Academy.

Both my clinical and working experience highlighted the relationship of pain free movement and unrestricted mobility for quality of life. Whether that means freeing up a debilitating frozen shoulder that effecting your ability to work or simply getting rid of a pinch that’s causing you to drop a few shots in the back 9. Whatever your goals are, helping you achieve them is almost as satisfying for me as it is for you.

Recently I had the opportunity to test my skills at the highest level of Australian Sport. This year I have been lucky enough to be part of the post training recovery team for the Wallabies, Brisbane Roar and multiple NRL teams including the Rabbitohs, Warriors, Dragons and Raiders.
